Association générale des étudiants luxembourgeois

The Association générale des étudiants luxembourgeois (ASSOSS) was from 1919 to 1968 a Luxembourg student association that was independent of parties and church .

In 1919 , ASSOSS and the Catholic Academic Association (AV) founded the Union Nationale des Étudiants Luxembourgeois (UNEL) in order to represent Luxembourg students in the European umbrella organization Confédération internationale des étudiants (CIE). In October 1933 the union of the two student organizations within the UNEL broke up in a political dispute.
