Astrid Beckers
Astrid Beckers (born October 25, 1965 in Viersen ) is a former German gymnast .
Astrid Beckers, who starts for TV Wattenscheid , finished ninth with the German team at the 1981 World Championships . Two years later she reached eighth place with the German team at the 1983 World Championships . In 1984 she took part in the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and reached 4th place with the team. In the individual all-around competition she came in 23rd.
Astrid Beckers was never a German champion, her best placement was a second place on the uneven bars.
