The Atoll Nunatakker are a group of Nunatakkers in the east of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . They tower up there on the northern flank of the Uranus Glacier at a distance of 5 km west of Mount Ariel .
The formation was mapped using Trimetrogon aerial photographs of the American Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948) and measurements by the British Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey between 1948 and 1950. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them so because the individual nunatakkers are arranged in a ring like on an atoll .
