The Auditorium Parco della Musica is a cultural center in Rome, opened in 2002 and built from 1994 . The building with an area of ​​55,000 m² was built according to plans by the Italian architect Renzo Piano and is located in the Parioli district on Via Flaminia .

The cultural center includes concert halls , theater stages and areas for changing exhibitions. The building has four halls: Sala Santa Cecilia (2,756 seats), Sala Sinopoli (1,133 seats), Sala Petrassi (673 seats) and the Teatro Studio (350 seats).

The auditorium is the seat of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia .

The operator is the public foundation Fondazione Musica per Roma , which emerged in 2004 from the public limited company of the auditorium founded in 1999 by the city of Rome .
