Allocation plan

With allocation plan (also partition plan called) are in the German residential property law all to represent the shared among building necessary drawings at a scale of 1: 100 meant ( floor plans , sections , views ).

All individual rooms belonging to the same apartment property must be marked with the same number in the distribution plan ( Section 7 (4) Apartment Ownership Act , WEG). The apportionment plan includes the certificate of seclusion , with which the seclusion of the apartments or the usage units is certified ( Section 7 (4) No. 2 WEG).

The division plan must correspond to the existing building or the existing building permit . The division plan is checked by the competent licensing authority or by a publicly appointed expert approved for this purpose and thus becomes part of the division declaration or the granting contract .
