An illustrated book from the beginning of modern times is called the Augsburger Wunderzeichenbuch . It was created in Augsburg in the middle of the 16th century . It contains 167 colored representations ( gouaches and watercolors ) of miraculous signs . Heinrich Vogtherr and Hans Burgkmair the Younger are considered to be the creators of the book .
The original appeared at an auction in London in 2009 and was facsimile for a book edition. It is owned by the collector Mickey Cartin.
