It is located in downtown Wolmirstedt on the west side of August-Bebel-Straße. It is registered as a residential and commercial building in the local monument register.
Design and history
The two-storey plastered building has a representative design and was built in the late 19th century. It has a mezzanine . On the right side there is a polygonal bay window in front of the upper floor . There is a driveway below the bay window. The facade is structured by means of plaster blocks . In the parapets below the windows of the upper floor there are scrollwork decorations in the neo-renaissance style . Above the windows, roofs are arranged as ornaments.
