With the basically symmetrical facade design, restrained emphasis on the two external axes by means of the design of the windows. Horizontal division by base and floor or sill cornice . The windows, which are arranged at regular center-to-center distances, are uniformly rectangular in shape and have different frames in Art Nouveau style . The windows on the ground floor, like the entrance to the house on the left, are framed with a profiled frame and flat crown ornaments ( acanthus leaves ) that occupy an oversized imitation keystone .

The two outer windows are set off by a wicker crown in the form of a garland of tendrils, which sets additional accents in the middle with a mask trim and hanging ribbons. The window openings on the second floor are distinguished by a modified frame panel, which continues as a festoon-filled parapet accentuation and which is adorned with a keystone ornamented with stylized tendrils . The eaves cornice, separated by a wide plaster strip, is designed as a simple wooden box cornice with a curtain channel.
