August Fager
August Fager (actually August Oliver "Gus" Fager, née Fagerström; born December 25, 1891 in Perniö , † November 1967 in Lake Worth ) was an American cross-country runner of Finnish origin.
At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924 he finished eighth in the individual ranking of the cross-country race, which went down in sporting history as the heat battle of Colombes, and won silver with the US team.
