Augustinos Graf Kapodistrias (Greek Αυγουστίνος Καποδίστριας; * 1778 in Corfu ; † May 1857 ibid) was a Greek politician and from 1831 to 1832 as the successor of his brother Ioannis Kapodistrias Greek President.

Augustinos Kapodistrias was called to Aegina by his brother in 1828 and, despite his poor political training, was appointed governor in the provinces of mainland Greece in 1829. Its seat was in Kostri. On March 22, 1829 he accepted the surrender of Lepanto , captured the Mesolongi fortress , which had fallen on May 17, and occupied Anatoliko . Afterwards he mainly occupied himself with the organization of the army according to his brother's plans. Lacking financial resources and military experience, this produced little results.

After his brother was murdered on December 20, 1831, Kapodistrias succeeded him in the presidency. After there had been uprisings against his government, however, he resigned his office on April 13, 1832 and embarked with the body of his brother for Corfu, where he died in May 1857.
