Aulis Koponen (born April 5, 1906 in Helsinki , † March 8, 1978 ibid) was a Finnish football player .

Koponen played 38 times for the Finnish national football team between 1924 and 1935 , scoring 16 goals. He played his first international match on June 17, 1924 in Helsinki against Turkey (2-4), his first goal he scored in Finland's 5-7 defeat against Sweden on July 28, 1924. The last international match was a friendly in Munich on August 18, 1935 against Germany (0: 6).

In Finland Koponen played for the Helsingin Palloseura (HPS) club, with which he won the Finnish championship in 1926, 1927, 1929, 1932, 1934 and 1935.
