The Aureole Hills (English for halo hills ) comprise two structureless, ice-covered hills of 1015 and 1080 m height in Grahamland on the Antarctic Peninsula . They tower west of the northern end of the Detroit Plateau on the Trinity Peninsula .
The hills were given their descriptive name by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey after a geodetic survey in 1948.
