The Austrian Business Aviation Association (ABAA) is a non-profit organization and is the trade association for companies active in Austrian business aviation . The ABAA is a member of the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA).
history
The association was originally founded in 2010 by Caspar Eine and Martin Lener ( CEO of Tyrolean Jet Services ) as the Austrian Business Aviation Association . After the association was no longer active for some time, it was deleted from the association register in 2014. In December 2016, the association was re-established. The founders were again Martin Lener (CEO of Tyrolean Jet Services), Florian Samsinger (CEO of MAGNUM FBO), Irina Samsinger (Marketing Director of MAGNUM FBO), and Darko Cvijetinovic (Deputy COO of MJET). When the association was founded for the second time, the statutes of the association were extended to the extent that it is no longer just pure airlines that can become members, but all companies and individuals active in the industry.

The Austrian Business Aviation Association is a professional trade association whose task it is to represent the interests and concerns of Austrian business aviation (business aviation) in the regulatory and economic environment in Austria, in the European Union and at international level.
In particular, the Austrian Business Aviation Association acts as an interface to Austrian authorities, regulatory bodies and other state institutions in order to be heard in legislative and regulatory procedures and thereby represent the interests of its members.
The aim of the Austrian Business Aviation Association is to maintain an environment in which business aviation can grow and workable solutions can be found for all questions relating to business aviation.
