AutoSketch |
AutoSketch was a 2D vector graphics program from Autodesk that has since been discontinued. In contrast to AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT, it did not support 3D representations. The software could be used, for example , to create circuit diagrams , floor plans and conceptual sketches . The program is also widespread among accident experts.
File formats
AutoSketch first used SKD and in later versions SKF as its own data format, but also supports the formats of AutoCAD, DWG and DXF .
history
Autosketch was first published for DOS in 1987. The first Windows version came out in 1993. In the last 16-bit version 2.1 for Windows released in 1995, the use of macros was still integrated, which was later removed in the 32-bit versions.
In 1998, version 5 was the first 32-bit version of the software to appear, which now also had German-language menus.
The last version of Autosketch, Autosketch 10, was released on November 14, 2008.
Test reports
Computer magazine Chip gave AutoSketch 7 a 1.87 rating in May 2000.
