The car train Sylt (proper spelling: MOTORAIL Sylt ) GmbH, headquartered in Westerland is a German railway company. It operates the car transport train of the same name between Niebüll and Westerland.

The train is also known as the blue car train . The train runs on the Hindenburgdamm , named after the then Reich President , which is 11.3 km long.

On October 18, 2016, RDC Germany initially started regular operations with a limited service in addition to the Deutsche Bahn SyltShuttle . Initially, flat wagons of the types Res and Sps were used . A new type of ramp truck made it possible to load larger cars via the upper loading ramp . For the purpose of expanding transport operations to larger vehicles from July 23, 2019, the company RDC Autozug Sylt GmbH previously acquired 36 new Snps transport wagons from the Bulgarian wagon manufacturer Traktsia from European Rail Rent . In September 2019, 14 of these were already in operation. These had been equipped on site in the workshop of the North German Railway Company in Niebüll for the company's own use. These vehicles can also be used to transport trucks and coaches . Two Siemens Vectron DE named "Debbie" and "Anne" as well as two Vossloh ME 26 NSB Di 6 are used as locomotives .
