The Avaz Twist Tower is a high-rise office building in Sarajevo's business district Marijin Dvor in the immediate vicinity of Sarajevo train station and the tallest building in Bosnia and Herzegovina and all of Southeast Europe outside of Istanbul . It is the headquarters of the Bosnian newspaper publisher Avaz . The building was constructed from 2006 to 2009. The architect is Faruk Kapidžić.

The most striking feature of the Avaz Twist Tower is its twisted glass facade. It is 142 meters high and has 40 floors (basement, ground floor, 38 upper floors). With an antenna of 30 meters, the building reaches a total height of 172 meters. On the 31st floor at a height of 100 meters there is a restaurant ("Superb Gastro - Elite Club 31") with a terrace. There is a publicly accessible café ("Caffe 35") on the 35th floor and a viewing terrace on the 36th floor.

Until completion, the twin towers of the Bosmal City Center, also located in Sarajevo, were the tallest buildings in the Balkans with a total height of 118 meters.
