Avinash Sable (born September 13, 1994 ) is an Indian obstacle runner .

Athletic career

Avinash Sable gained his first international experience at the Asian Championships 2019 in Doha , where he won the silver medal behind Bahraini John Kibet Koech in 8: 30.19 minutes . He also qualified for the World Championships there in October and made it to the finals , where he came in 13th with a new national record of 8: 21.37 minutes. Then he reached the final at the World Military Games in Wuhan , but could not finish his run there.

In 2018 Sable became Indian champion in the obstacle course.
