Since January 1st, 2011 aws Wärme Service has been part of Mobe GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture between BP Europa SE and Oktan Mineraloel-Vertrieb GmbH (Hamburg).
history
The company's origins go back to the 1950s. At that time, the Raab Karcher company decided to include heating oil in its sales program. In the years that followed, the mineral oil sales division was restructured several times. Raab Karcher Mineralölhandel became Veba Oel Vertrieb, then Veba Wärmeservice, then Aral Wärme Service and finally from 2004 aws Wärme Service. Products
The core business of aws Wärme Service (aws) is the sale of light heating oil (HEL) to private end users. Aws Wärme Service has also been offering green electricity for end customers since 2009 . aws is (2009) the first mineral oil dealer in Germany to offer its own green electricity.
