Axel Bader

Axel Bader (born November 18, 1956 in Munich ) is a university professor for international taxation and external accounting in Ingolstadt and a tax advisor in Munich. His research focuses on questions of international tax law and international tax location competition.

Life

Axel Bader studied business administration with a focus on taxation and auditing at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , graduating in 1986 with a degree in business administration.

In 1997 he was promoted to Dr. rer. pole. PhD at the University of Regensburg with the subject "Tax structuring with European holding companies". After working for an international auditing company in the field of domestic and international tax advice, he was managing director of a medium-sized tax consulting company in Munich with a focus on tax planning advice for medium-sized companies. In 1998 he was appointed professor for external accounting and international taxation at the Technical University of Ingolstadt .
