Axel Bauer (lawyer)
Axel Bauer (born May 25, 1955 ) is a supervision and family judge at the Frankfurt am Main District Court .
After studying and training, Bauer was appointed judge for life at the Frankfurt District Court with effect from January 2, 1989 . Since 1994 he has been the publisher together with Thomas Klie and Kay Lütgens and one of the main authors of the Heidelberg Commentary on Care and Accommodation Law (HK BUR), published as loose-leaf work by CF Müller Verlag , Heidelberg .
He is also the author of other specialist books and magazine articles on questions of family and childcare law and a continuing education lecturer and lecturer at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main .
