Horst Deinert

Horst Deinert (* 1957 in Moers ) is a German textbook author and training consultant on questions of childcare law .

In 1978 he obtained the degree in administrative management from the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in North Rhine-Westphalia , in 1990 the degree in administrative science from the Administration and Business Academy in Bochum and in 1994 the degree in social worker from the Protestant University of Applied Sciences in Bochum . From 1978 to 2016 he worked full-time at the city ​​of Duisburg in the youth welfare office or as a staff council member as a civil servant .
