The German Rechtspfleger (short form: Rpfleger ) is one of the oldest legal journals in Germany. It has been published since 1889. From 1936 to 1939 it appeared in the journal Deutsche Rechtspflege and from 1940 to 1942 in the journal Deutsches Recht . It did not appear from 1945 to 1947.
The magazine appears monthly, sometimes with a double issue. The publisher is Gieseking-Verlag in Bielefeld in conjunction with the Bund Deutscher Rechtspfleger .
The journal publishes treatises on various sub-areas of the legal areas in which Rechtspfleger work. These are mainly sub-areas of voluntary jurisdiction , e.g. B. Property and Land Registry Law , Family Law , Inheritance Law , Commercial Law , Register Law , Execution Law , judicial sale - and receivership law , bankruptcy law , costs right .
A large part of the journal is the rendering of case law . Thus the essential decisions of the federal courts and higher regional courts to the aforementioned areas of law, but also interesting official and District Court decisions referenced.
In legal technical usage , one refers to individual articles by stating the author , "Rpfleger", the year of publication and the page number (with or without "S."). When referring to court decisions that have been printed in the Rpfleger, the court is named instead of the author .
