The Bund Deutscher Rechtspfleger eV (BDR) is a professional association for Rechtspfleger .

The BDR is a member of the German Association of Officials and of the European Union of Rechtspfleger .

It is federally oriented and organized on the political organization of the Federal Republic of Germany. Individual members are organized at the state level. At the federal level, in addition to the highest body, the Rechtspflegertag, which meets every 4 years (most recently in October 2016), there are two permanent bodies, namely the Presidium and the Federal Management.

The seat is in Düsseldorf . The federal office is in Zeitz (Saxony-Anhalt). The federal management consists of the federal chairman Mario Blödtner (Hohenmölsen) and the deputy chairman Antje Keilhaue (managing director, Zeitz), Claudia Kammermeier (public relations officer, Raubling), Manfred Georg (treasurer, Koblenz), Elke Strauss (editor, Görlitz), Klaus Rellermeyer ( Hamm) and Achim Müller (Freiburg).
