The Association of Employees in Commercial Legal Protection (VBGR) is a trade union in the dbb German Beamtenbund based in Munich . It is the largest representation of the interests of the employees of the industrial property right at the German Patent and Trademark Office in the three locations Berlin, Jena, Munich and at the Federal Patent Court in Munich. The federal chairman is Franz Gotsis.
