Büchsengasse 12
The Büchsengasse 12 building in Ulm , a city in Baden-Württemberg , is a protected cultural monument .
The gabled half-timbered house with eaves extension has a front facing Büchsengasse from 1630. The rear building is medieval because of the leaf-lined framework . The year 1410/11 is proven dendrochronologically . The house was rebuilt in 1790.
In April 2018, the building was named Monument of the Month after extensive renovations .
