The Alliance Work-Family-Fatherland List Henry Nitzsche (Alliance AFV) is a voter association that is mainly active in the Saxon district of Bautzen . The same sponsoring organization of the electoral association was founded in 2008 by former CDU - members of parliament Henry Nitzsche founded and has been resolved in 2012. In some municipalities, however, groups of voters known as the Work-Family-Fatherland Alliance are still active. The political scientist Florian Hartleb describes the electoral association as a group of political protest "beyond the right-wing extremist parties".

In 2008, the AFV alliance took part in the election for the district council and district administrator in the Bautzen district. In the district election, the electoral association achieved a result of 4.7 percent of the vote and thus four seats . Henry Nitzsche applied for the office of district administrator for the alliance AFV and achieved third place with 13.2 percent of the votes. One of the AFV candidates in 2008 was Detlev Spangenberg .

In the elections to the district council in 2014 , the Alliance appeared not to.
