Bürknersfelde

Bürknersfelde is a location in the Marzahn district in the north-eastern Berlin district of Marzahn-Hellersdorf .

history

The name was given on March 24, 1857 for a newly built farm on the Marzahn field north of Berlin-Altlandsberger Chaussee , derived from the name of the owner, who was Dreyer-Bürckner. In 1860 the Vorwerk included a residential and three farm buildings; in 1858 it had twelve residents. Bürknersfelde came to the administrative district of Lichtenberg when it was incorporated in 1920 . In 1927 it was designated as a Gut. Between 1979 and 2001 Bürknersfelde belonged to the Marzahn district , since the district merger it has been a location in the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district .

One terminal of the O37 trolleybus was called “Bürknersfelde”. A former street in Marzahn , which led from Falkenberg to the south in the direction of Bürknersfelde, was called Bürknersfelder Straße until 1991 . A street in Alt-Hohenschönhausen has been so named since 1995 .

A S-Bahn station still to be built when the S75 line was built on the Berlin outer ring , at Landsberger Allee , was to be given the name Bürknersfelde .
