The small town of Steward Town forms the border between Trelawny and Saint Ann . The next largest city is the Brown's Town trading center . There, the B11 joins the B3 for around 1 kilometer before continuing eastwards. In Browns Town the street climbs up to 430 meters. The road continues to climb beyond the city limits. As far as the next village, about 2 kilometers away, the terrain rises by another 90 meters, so that the height is now over 500 meters above sea level. Bamboo is located at a height of about 640 meters . From there on the height drops steadily. The B11 runs northeast for approximately 3 miles before making a sharp turn to the south. From there the road leads via Claremont to Golden Grove , where it joins the A1 at 450 meters above sea level.
