Baccarat (novel series)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Baccara - hot passion is a pocket booklet series with romance novels published by Cora Verlag .

Data

The publisher describes the series with passionate love . All booklets are translations of novels published in the USA or Canada . A new novel appears every four weeks.

At the beginning of the series, baccarat stood for love, tension and adventure . In the novels, emphasis was placed on the erotic tingling, but the novels were fast-paced and provided with crime and thriller elements. The locations of the novels were spread all over the world. Novels were set not only in the USA, but also in Tripoli , Yucatan and Norway . Topics included espionage and crime investigation .

The emphasis in the selection of novels shifted more and more away from crime fiction to normal erotic romance novels. The new publisher's description, passionate love , takes this into account from volume 291 onwards. The conflicts are limited to the protagonists' coexistence and opposition, and the locations also gave way to places such as Greece or the Caribbean that were viewed as more romantic , with most of the novels set in Australia or the USA . Many novels come from the Desire Line series of partner publisher Harlequin Enterprises .
