Bad Bevensen Prize

The Bad Bevensen Prize (original spelling) is an award for vocal and instrumental design and interpretation of Low German texts. It was set up in 1985 by the city of Bad Bevensen and initially awarded at irregular intervals by a jury consisting of five members. It has been awarded every four years since 2008. The award is presented at the so-called Bevensen Conference , the annual conference for Low German. The Bad Bevensen Prize is endowed with 2000 euros.
