The house with the postal address Badenstrasse 45 is a listed building on Badenstrasse in Stralsund , on the corner of Bechermacherstrasse .
Description, history
The two-storey gabled house has a four-storey pillar gable facing Badenstrasse , which was added in the 17th century by inserting cornice pieces over the pointed arches and volute arches in the steps. A triangular gable was placed in the middle axis . The building was in the years 1988-1990 historicizing restored in Gothic state of construction, while the changes of the 19th century have been removed.
The relief of a bear above the door gave the bear pharmacy that was once located here .
The building stands in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar . It is entered with the number 71 in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund .
