The Badenstraße is a city street -scale street in Stralsund . It belongs to the core area of the UNESCO World Heritage with the title Historic Old Towns Stralsund and Wismar . The section between Ossenreyerstrasse and Kleinschmiedstrasse was called kolemarket , as fuel was traded here; from the 15th century Wendenmarkt after the local Wendschlächter. From 1869 the entire length of the street was called Badenstrasse.
