The building with the postal address Heilgeiststrasse 60 or Badenstrasse 18 is a listed building between Heilgeiststrasse and Badenstrasse in Stralsund .

The elongated building was erected between 1959 and 1962 according to plans by the architects G. Martens and H. Schönig. The grid facade is clearly structured, colorful ceramic panels decorate the facade on the head buildings. The staircase to Badenstrasse shows stained glass. The reinforced concrete construction is an outstanding example of post-war architecture in Stralsund. The cubic hall building on the west side, facing Badenstrasse 17, which gives the complex its L-shaped floor plan, was added between 1965 and 1966 and has a very large window area.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 64 (Badenstrasse 18) or 332 (Heilgeiststrasse 60).
