The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 64 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund .
The three-storey , three-axis gable - facing plastered building was erected in the second half of the 18th century; the core is older.
The facade is characterized by plaster bands on the ground floor. A basket arched portal is inserted in the left, western axis. The double-leaf front door has a diamond structure. The windows on the upper floor are framed by profiled bezels . A three-storey tail gable over the main cornice crowns the building.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 335.
