The three-storey , three-axis gable - facing plastered building was erected in the second half of the 18th century; the core is older.
The facade on the ground floor is characterized by the central, slightly protruding, segment-arched portal with grooved framing. The central axis is flanked by pilaster strips up to the tail gable .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 336.
