The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 89 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund .

The three-storey , five-axis plastered building with a curved volute gable was built in the first half of the 18th century. The central axis houses the arched portal niche , which has been preserved in the original. Accompanying colossal pilasters emphasize the central axis; they are continued above the main cornice in the gable.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 346.

In front of the house there are three stumbling stones set in the sidewalk, they remind of Carl-Philipp, Gerd and Hans Blach (see list of stumbling stones in Stralsund ).
