The three-storey plastered building with a hipped roof was erected around 1930. It was a wing of the department store on Ossenreyerstraße 19 .
The ground floor and the first floor are combined by a profiled frame. A gabled , central dwarf house crowns the building.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 326.
