The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 68 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund .
The three-storey , three-axis , gable-facing plastered building was built in the middle of the 18th century.
The central axis houses the segmental arched portal with a double-leaf front door. Cornices visually separate the floors. A tail gable crowns the building above the main cornice .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 338.
In 2017 the house is in the renovation phase, which should be completed in 2018.
