The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 9 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund , on the corner of Mönchstraße .
The two-storey plastered building, which was built as a hall house in the Gothic style, received an extension on the northern eaves side in the middle of the 18th century . The door was also moved to this extension.
The triangular gable was given its simple form in 1868.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 322.
