The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 94 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund .
The two-storey plastered building with a dwelling was built in 1747. The facade was redesigned in 1891 and designed with grooves and a wide cornice band with rosettes. During the redesign, an axis in the west was added to the original five-axis building.
In the wide, korbbogig designed portal niche one is baroque -designed, double-leaf door with a diamond structure and Schnitzornamentik admitted.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 349.
