The building with the postal address Heilgeiststraße 39 is a listed building on Heilgeiststraße in Stralsund , on the corner of Jacobichorstraße .
The two-storey , three-axis plastered building was built in the first half of the 18th century.
The facade of the Heilgeiststraße traufständigen house is simple. It was changed in the 19th century. The two-winged front door with a diamond structure in the arched portal has been preserved from the baroque building .
The half- timbered gable faces Jacobichorstrasse .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 329.
