The Bahía Cordovez ( English ; in Argentina Bahía González ) is a 3 km wide side bay of Wilhelmina Bay on the Danco coast of Graham Land in the north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located between Daedalus Point in the north and Lana Point in the south. In front of it is Brooklyn Island .
Chilean scientists named them after the Chilean hydrographer Enrique Cordovez Madariaga (1895-1965), who had participated in an Argentine Antarctic expedition as a visiting scientist on the Primero de Mayo in 1943 . The namesake of the Argentine name has not been passed down.
