The city is part of the Bareilly District . Baheri is about 226 km northwest of Lucknow . Baheri has the status of Nagar Palika Parishad . The city is divided into 25 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census it had 68,413 inhabitants, of whom 35,939 were men and 32,474 were women.
