history

Platforms (2017)

The station opened in 1854 as one of the Ligne d'Auteuil stations . This route was closed on January 6, 1985, so they rebuilt and part of the RER C could be. The reopening took place on 25 September 1988 instead and there was also a link to the station Porte Maillot the Metro Line 1 .

future

The extension of the RER E will probably have a stop at Porte Maillot .

The district has many jobs, but its development is hampered by the unattractive RER C and by the overcrowded Metro line 1. Metro line 1 is especially overcrowded at peak times between Porte Maillot and La Défense . The stop of the RER E will bring additional capacity and further increase the attractiveness of the district.
