Yuping – Tongren railway line
The Yuping – Tongren railway is a branch line in China that has been developed as a high-speed line .
Geographical location
The route is in Guizhou Province . It branches off the Shanghai – Kunming high-speed line in Yuping East and completes the high-speed line and the connection from Guiyang to Tongren .

The route opened on December 26, 2018.
Technical parameters
The electrified route is 68 km long and consists of almost 80% engineering structures (bridges and tunnels ). It is designed for a top speed of 200 km / h .
