Bahria Town

Bahria Town is a Rawalpindi- based private real estate company that owns and manages real estate across Pakistan . The company was founded in 1997 by Malik Riaz Hussain . The company operates shopping centers and specializes in building gated communities . The target group of Bahria Town is the upper class of society in Pakistan.

history

Bahria Town was founded by Malik Riaz Hussain in the late 1990s. Bahria Town opened the first gated community in Rawalpindi. This was followed by a gated community in Lahore that opened in 2000. Bahria Town opened the largest gated community in Karachi in 2015. The smallest community is in Islamabad . Most communities are equipped with an urban infrastructure. The largest gated community under construction is in Karachi and will cover 40,000 hectares. In addition to gated communities, Bahria Town also operates shopping centers, cinemas and supermarkets. Bahria Town also operates the Grand Jamia Mosque in Lahore, which is one of the largest mosques in the world. Another company mosque is currently being built in Karachi. Bahria Town is involved in the construction of the largest cricket stadium.

Bahria Rawalpindi

Bahria Rawalpindi can accommodate 100,000 people. Bahria Rawalpindi is divided into many small projects. Bahria Town produces its own electricity and sells it to residents through its own company, the Bahria Town Electric Supply Company. That's why there is no blackout in Bahria Town

Bahria Islamabad

Bahria Town Islamabad was founded in 2011. Bahria Islamabad has a 5-star hotel, a restaurant, a cinema, parks, a school and a hospital.

Bahria Lahore

The gated community in Lahore is home to the seventh largest mosque in the world, the Grand Jamia Mosque, and can accommodate 70,000 worshipers.

Bahria Karachi

Bahria Karachi has apartments, houses, a block for foreign residents and a Bahria sports and golf facility.

Bahria Nawabshah

Bahria Nawabshah is still under construction and will have a school, hospital, parks and zoo.
