Bait ul-Huda

The Bait ul-Huda ( Urdu بیت الہدیٰ DMG Baīt al-Hudā , German 'House of Guidance' ) is a mosque in Sydney , which is maintained by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat (AMJ) in Australia . The mosque has a dome and a minaret that is modeled on the White Minaret of Qadian .

history

The land for the mosque at Marsden Park was purchased in 1983. On September 30th of the same year, the Caliphate ul-Masih IV laid the foundation stone for its construction. After completion of the construction, the mosque was also opened by Massih IV in July 1989.

The first missionary, Shakil Ahmad Munir, and his wife Naima Munir came to Australia on July 5, 1985. The Ahmadiyya community was registered in Australia on September 7, 1987 as the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association of Australia Inc.
