Baldur Köster

Baldur Köster (* 1933 in Neumünster ) is a German architect and architectural historian .

Life

Baldur Köster studied architecture at the Technical University of Hanover and graduated in 1962 as a graduate engineer . In 1964 he received his doctorate from the Technical University of Berlin as Dr.-Ing. and then worked there as a research assistant and as a freelance architect. In 1970 Köster was appointed professor for architectural history and design at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Berlin , where he taught until 1984.

Since then he has been working as an author.
