The Baldwin Valley is an icy valley in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located in the Saint Johns Range northwest of Pond Peak .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after Russel R. Baldwin of the United States Navy , who was responsible for the maintenance of the airfield near McMurdo Station in 1962.
