The Banco BNI ( B anco de N egócios I nternacional) is an Angolan bank with its headquarters in Luanda . It is one of the largest banks in its country and has a European subsidiary in Lisbon, BNI Europa SA .
history
The Banco de Negócios Internacional was founded on February 2, 2006 in Luanda, Angola, and began operations in November 2006. In 2013, the BNI agreed a collaboration with Commerzbank .
In 2014, Banco BNI Europa was founded in Lisbon to improve access to the European market. This pure online bank was named Portugal's Most Innovative Bank in 2016 by the British International Finance Magazine .
